If you are considering using Signature Custom Wraps, in Danica Beach, FL, all I can say is please read my story and decide for yourself.
I am 59 years old and this is one of the worst vendor / customer service issues I have ever been involved in. Take this for what it's worth, but I have never, ever written a single bad review for any business online. I have never sued anyone for anything. I have a McLaren 570S and a Porsche Taycan 4S and this BMW is our utility car, so getting the money back from Signature isn't the point. I offered to settle this with them for $8,000 - far less than I paid. They refused.
People that conduct business this way hope that the people they rip off will just go away.
So, yes, I lost about $11,000 dealing with Signature because I paid for this terrible work to get out of that shop as the owner, Mike P. was rude, confrontational and irrational. The photos speak for themselves. They did pretty much exactly the same thing to the owner of a Range Rover 5 months before me - and he had posted a long review on Yelp that I did not see unfortunately.
If I had seen that Yelp review from 12/1/22, I would never, ever have used Signature.
The photos that owner posted to Yelp are as bad as mine. And Signature did the exact same thing - promise to make it right and then proceed to do everything except make it right.
The day I brought the car home (May 25) after a ridiculously bad interaction with Mike P., and still paying for the car, I wrote an email to them with the 46 photos I took. I got a call from Kim S., who said she was the VP of Signature and I talked to her for over an hour and she admitted to me that Mike had hired some freelancer to work on my car and that they never would allow a car in the condition of mine to go out the door. Of course, now I know that is 100% not true but I agreed to let them take the car and re-wrap it.
6 weeks later and literally nothing was done to the car, except to tear off the yellow wrap. I was not being told the truth about what was going on with my car as the texts with Kim S. show. So I sent BMW to get the car and start over.
So if I can spend a couple of hours writing this up factually, hopefully anyone considering using Signature can make an informed decision.
